Bana Estates LLC is a small group of private investors united by a shared belief: that land ownership shouldn't be out of reach for everyday families. We're passionate about rural land development that puts affordable, usable land back into the hands of people who want to homestead, build a home, raise a family, and enjoy the bounty of God's earth.
We currently own and are developing a project in Florida, with plans to expand into additional states as we grow. Our approach is simple: identify land with real potential, prepare it responsibly, and make it accessible to families who are ready to build something lasting.
